When is payment due?

Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

What if I move in during the middle of the month?

Your first month’s rent will be prorated, so you only pay for the days you use.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

No. Locks are available for $10 and will be provided when you rent your unit.

Can I see the facility before renting?

Yes. Please call 360-335-7722 to schedule an appointment to view the facility.

Is there a gate code?

Yes. After signing your rental agreement, you will be assigned your own personal gate access code.

Are there any times when the units are not accessible?

No. Units are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you have security measures?

Yes. The facility includes controlled gate access and lighting, and only customers with assigned gate codes can enter.
